Version: 1.0 | Last Updated: March 1, 2026
1. Introduction
The operator of Slot-Fish ("Company", "we", "our", "us") wishes to protect our users and promote responsible social gameplay as a policy of customer care and social responsibility.
We wish to provide you with tools and information to ensure that our Games are played responsibly, so that you can enjoy your experience on our Site while remaining aware of the potential risks that may be associated with social casino gameplay.
We encourage you to be aware of the responsible social gameplay tools described below and to take advantage of them at your sole discretion. We reserve the right to activate these measures unilaterally if, in our absolute discretion, we deem it necessary.
This Responsible Social Gaming Policy ("RSG Policy") forms part of the Slot-Fish Agreement and should be read in conjunction with the General Terms and Conditions.
If you have any questions regarding this RSG Policy, please contact us at info@slot-fish.com.
2. Protection of Minors
Those under the age of 18 or the minimum legal age required by applicable laws and regulations ("Minors") are not permitted to register an account with the Site and use the Slot-Fish Services, even if such person is in the presence of an adult.
We recognize that the internet is readily accessible in many homes. We recommend that you restrict Minors from accessing the Site. Examples of filtering service providers include Net Nanny and CYBERsitter.
3. Social Gameplay Tools
We provide tools to help you stay in control of your play and we encourage you to learn more about them.
3.1. Limits
You can set the following limits by contacting us at info@slot-fish.com:
- Play Limit: Set a maximum amount of virtual coins that can be played during your chosen time period (daily, 7-day, or 30-day). Once reached, you will not be able to play until the limit resets or you remove it.
- Purchase Limit: Limit the amount of virtual coins you can purchase within a chosen time period (daily, 7-day, or 30-day). Once reached, no additional purchases can be made until the limit resets.
- Daily Time Limit: Set a daily limit on the number of hours you can remain logged in per 24-hour period. Once reached, you will be logged out until the following day.
Adjustment and Removal: Limits can be adjusted or removed at any time. A decrease takes effect immediately. An increase or removal takes effect after a 72-hour period.
3.2. Activity Reminder
You can set an Activity Reminder through Account Settings. The Activity Reminder displays your play history since logging in, allows you to end the session or continue, and indicates how long you have been playing.
3.3. User Account History
Through Account Settings, you can view your gameplay history (results of each spin/play over the prior 14-day period) and purchase and redemption history over the prior 14-day period.
