Terms of Use & Service Agreement

THE SLOT-FISH SERVICES (AS DEFINED BELOW), WHICH INCLUDE WITHOUT LIMITATION THE GAMES, ARE NOT "REAL MONEY GAMBLING". NO ACTUAL MONEY IS REQUIRED TO PLAY. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. THE SLOT-FISH SERVICES ARE INTENDED FOR RECREATIONAL AND ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY AND ARE VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
You agree to be bound by:
- These General Terms and Conditions;
- The Privacy Policy;
- The Responsible Social Gaming Policy.
(collectively the "Slot-Fish Agreement")
The Slot-Fish Agreement forms a legally binding agreement between you and the Company.
If you do not agree with any of the terms of the Slot-Fish Agreement, you should not use or access the Site and the Site Content.
1. Interpretation
In the Slot-Fish Agreement: no provision will be construed against the Company solely because the Company was involved in drafting such provision; headings are for convenience and will not affect interpretation; the term "person" references a person in the broadest sense; any phrase including "including", "such as", or "in particular" should be understood as illustrative and not limiting.
2. Definitions

| "Site" | The website located at www.slot-fish.com and all of its subdomains and subpages. |
| "Site Content" | The Slot-Fish Services, virtual coins, and any materials, logos, sounds, music, artwork, text, images, animations, graphics, copyright, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks, computer code and other materials used, displayed or made available as part of the Site. |
| "Virtual Coins" | The virtual currency used within the Slot-Fish platform which has no real-world monetary value. |
| "User Account" | The account which you register with the Company through which you can access and use the Site Content. |
| "user", "you", or "your" | The individual who uses the Slot-Fish Services whether or not such individual has registered a User Account. |
3. Consent to Terms
You must read the Slot-Fish Agreement carefully before accepting. By checking the acceptance box, by accessing the Slot-Fish Services, or by registering a User Account (whichever is earlier), you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the Slot-Fish Agreement.
The Slot-Fish Agreement forms a binding legal agreement between you and us and applies to your use of the Site and Site Content.
If you do not agree with any provision of the Slot-Fish Agreement, you agree that you shall not access the Site nor use any of the Slot-Fish Services.
4. Modification of the Agreement
From time to time, the Company reserves the right to modify the Slot-Fish Agreement through: posting a modified version on the Site (effective immediately); asking you to accept the modified terms; posting a notice about modifications on the Site; or sending you a notification via the email address associated with your User Account.
If you do not agree to the modified terms, your sole remedy will be to terminate your User Account and immediately cease accessing and using the Site.
5. Modification of the Site and Site Content
We may at any time add, modify, remove, discontinue or suspend the Site, Site Content, or any part thereof with immediate effect and without notice to you. In no event will the Company be liable to you for any loss, damage or liability suffered by you which results from any such change.
6. Verification Checks
You acknowledge that we reserve the right to perform any verification checks which we deem necessary, at any time, including but not limited to: identification checks, credit and background checks, prevention of financial crime checks, and any checks required under applicable law. You agree to provide us with any requested information, data, and documentation, and you agree that all information you provide is true, accurate and complete.
7. Eligible User Qualifications
In order to register a User Account, access the Site and use the Site Content, you must be:
- A natural person of at least 18 years of age or the minimum legal age required by the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction (whichever is higher);
- Legally able to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.
You hereby represent and warrant that you are capable of entering into and complying with the Slot-Fish Agreement. You agree that you shall only use the Slot-Fish Services solely for your own personal, recreational and entertainment purposes only.
You must not access the Site if you are an employee, officer, director or former employee of the Company or its suppliers and service providers, or their immediate family and household members.
8. Legal and Tax Advice
You acknowledge and agree that we do not provide you with any legal advice or assurances that your use of the Site is lawful in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that you comply with applicable laws and regulations. We also do not offer tax advice. The Company is not a financial institution.
9. Responsible Social Gameplay
We are committed to creating a secure and responsible gaming environment for all users on the Site. Please refer to and read our Responsible Social Gaming Policy to learn more about how we can assist you with maintaining a balance between enjoyment and responsible social gameplay.
10. User Account and Registration
To access and use the Site Content you must register a User Account on the Site. Your User Account is strictly for your own personal and non-commercial use. Sharing your login information or allowing others to access your User Account is strictly prohibited.
You are only permitted to register one User Account. If you attempt to register or manage multiple accounts, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate those accounts.
When registering, you shall provide accurate and complete information. During registration, you must select a username and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your User Account credentials.
You acknowledge and agree that you do not hold any ownership or proprietary interest in your User Account. All rights in the User Account shall be owned by the Company.
11. Additional Affirmations
By agreeing to the Slot-Fish Agreement, you affirm that: you will abide by all terms; your use of the Site shall be strictly in your personal capacity and for recreational and entertainment purposes only; you shall not give another person access to your User Account; and your use of the Site is solely for legal purposes.
12. Inactive User Account Policy
Your User Account will be deemed an "Inactive User Account" if you have not logged in for a period of sixty (60) consecutive days. We reserve the right to revoke Virtual Coins associated with an Inactive User Account and may suspend or terminate such account at our discretion.
13. Termination of Your User Account
You can terminate your User Account by contacting Customer Support through email at info@slot-fish.com.
We may also terminate or suspend the Slot-Fish Agreement and your User Account at our discretion if: we decide to discontinue the Slot-Fish Services; you are in breach of the Slot-Fish Agreement; or we reasonably suspect that you are in breach.
If your User Account is terminated, all licenses granted to you shall immediately terminate, you must cease using the Site and Site Content, and you shall forfeit all Virtual Coins in your account.
14. Intellectual Property Rights
The Site and the Site Content are proprietary and protected by copyright laws, international copyright treaties, and other intellectual property laws. All intellectual property rights in the Site and Site Content shall remain vested in the Company or its respective licensors.
You agree that you shall not: reproduce or modify the Site or Site Content; sell, sublicense, or transfer any part of the Site; copy, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software; or use the Site in a manner that violates applicable laws.
Subject to your compliance with the Slot-Fish Agreement, we grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Site and Site Content solely for your personal recreational and entertainment purposes.
15. Games Rules
Each Game has its own specific set of rules. It is your responsibility to read and fully understand the rules prior to participating.
16. Support, Complaints and Claims
If you have a complaint, you can contact our Customer Support at info@slot-fish.com. When contacting Customer Support, please include: a detailed explanation of your complaint; your username and full name; your email address; and all relevant information and supporting materials.
Customer Support will review your complaint and will seek to provide you with a decision within thirty (30) days. Our decisions shall be final and binding.
17. Virtual Coins
Virtual Coins are the virtual currency used within Slot-Fish. Virtual Coins have no monetary value and cannot be withdrawn, traded, transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for real money or goods. Virtual Coins are provided solely for entertainment purposes.
We reserve the right to remove, expire, limit, change, manage, regulate, control, modify or eliminate Virtual Coins, whether generally or specifically to you, and we shall have no liability to you with respect to the exercise of such rights.
18. Prohibited Activity
You are strictly prohibited from using the Site or Site Content for any unlawful, illegal or fraudulent activity. Examples include but are not limited to:
- Using the Site in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
- Using automated means, bots, scripts, or third-party tools;
- Attempting to transfer, assign, or sell your User Account;
- Providing false or misleading information;
- Interfering with other users' enjoyment of the Slot-Fish Services;
- Hacking the Site or using IP proxying/VPN to disguise your location;
- Introducing viruses, Trojans, worms, or other harmful material;
- Taking any action that could overburden or impair the Site.
19. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from and against any claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses that may arise as a result of: any activity related to your User Account; your access to or use of the Slot-Fish Services; any fraud committed by you; your breach of applicable laws or the Slot-Fish Agreement; or your infringement of any third-party rights.
20. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE, SITE CONTENT, AND SOFTWARE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
21. Malfunctions and Errors
IF YOU ARE INCORRECTLY GRANTED VIRTUAL COINS AS A RESULT OF ANY HUMAN ERROR, TECHNICAL ERROR, OR BUG, THIS SHALL CONSTITUTE A DEBT TO US AND WE MAY DEDUCT THE VIRTUAL COINS FROM YOUR USER ACCOUNT. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DECLARE PARTICIPATION IN ANY GAME VOID IF WE DEEM THAT THERE WAS AN ERROR IN THE RELEVANT GAME RULES.
22. Limitations of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL THE COMPANY OR ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR PARTNERS BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOST REVENUE, OR LOSS OF DATA, THAT RESULT FROM OR RELATE TO YOUR ACCESS, USE, OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR SITE CONTENT.
23. Third Party Services
The Site may include links to third-party websites, applications, or services that are not owned or controlled by us. These links are provided for your convenience and do not imply our endorsement or liability. Your use of such services is at your own risk and subject to the terms governing those services.
24. Additional Provisions
Assignment: You may not assign, transfer, or sub-license any rights under the Slot-Fish Agreement. We reserve the right to do so without notice.
Entire Agreement: The Slot-Fish Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between us regarding its subject matter.
Force Majeure: We will not be held liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
Severability: Any provision deemed invalid or unenforceable shall be amended consistent with applicable laws, and such amendment shall not affect the enforceability of other provisions.
No Waiver: A failure or delay by us in exercising any right shall not be deemed a waiver of that right.
